4. Client Obligations
4.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and timely information, including subcontractor details, payment records, and relevant documentation.
4.2 You must ensure subcontractors are eligible to work in the UK and comply with all CIS and employment regulations.
4.3 You agree to pay all service fees promptly as agreed in invoices or engagement agreements.
4.4 You must notify us immediately of any discrepancies, errors, or changes affecting payroll, compliance, or subcontractor status.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees for services will be agreed in advance and are payable according to the invoice schedule.
5.2 Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services until outstanding balances are cleared.
5.3 All fees are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
5.4 We reserve the right to review and adjust fees for ongoing services with prior notice.
6. Accuracy and Compliance
6.1 We make every effort to ensure payroll and reporting accuracy; however, clients are responsible for verifying all submissions to HMRC.
6.2 We shall not be liable for any penalties or interest resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.
6.3 Clients must maintain their own records in accordance with HMRC requirements, in addition to the records we provide.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content, branding, documentation, and materials on the website are the intellectual property of 44 Construction 1 Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7.2 Clients may use reports, statements, and materials provided solely for their own business purposes.
8. Limitation of Liability
